Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
Be able to manage platforms such as Linkedin, Google docs.
You will need skills such as: communication with empathy, time managemen
Be skilled at Boolean searches
A great desire to contribute and listen to ideas that foster a good collaborative environment as well as professional growth from the PO department.
The main tasks for this position are:
Responsible for maintaining strategic alliances with recruiting companies/schools/bootcamps
Get to know and manage platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
Be familiarized with Developers profiles (JR/MID/SENIOR Backend Front end), also Designers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Technical Consultants among others.
Know and fully manage the recruitment process (from the search for talent to hiring).
Manage KPI´s that allow the recruitment understanding process and create continuous improvement plans.
Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to timely detect the needs of each job opening.
Participate and support the company's policies, training and objectives.
You will do well if:
Have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management.
Written and spoken English
Assertive communication
Knowledge in Odoo desirable (if you are not familiar with it, we will teach you ;) )
