We are looking for someone with business skills and understanding to manage our client portfolio, from small businesses to large companies.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will represent the commercial contact point of all our customers. He will be in contact with the CIO, CFO, and CEO of small and large companies. The variety of industries and the scope of the project will ensure a solid and constantly changing learning curve. Your main mission will be to achieve the sales objective by increasing customer retention and expansion.
Manage existing customers located in different countries.
Establish long-term relationships with your customers
Analyze and fully understand your client's IT projects
Identify possible future additional sales: expand the use of the solution by your customers.
Show new releases for the end-user
Secure overall satisfaction of the customer
Negotiate renewing contracts with customers
Bachelor degree or higher
Passion for software products
Skills solid relationship and negotiation
Ability to conflict handling - problem-solving

One day in Vauxoo
We will make your Mondays less painful and your Fridays more rewarding. You will work closely with a team leader and occasionally with the customer.
