What we expect: 

We want a Community Manager with strategic vision and cutting-edge digital skills. Someone who masters social media, enjoys creating creative content, and keeps up with trends, metrics, and AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, editing and automation tools).

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has great oral and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
  • Can generate engaging content in multiple formats (text, images, videos, reels, shorts, lives).
  • Is open, empathetic, and sociable, with talent to build and moderate digital conversations.
  • Is results-driven, capable of measuring, analyzing, and constantly improving.

In short: we are looking for someone who can be the digital face, voice and heart of Vauxoo.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement communication and social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Create and schedule high-impact content (text, images, videos, carousels, reels, shorts, etc.) using AI tools.
  • Write blogs about technology and business transformation.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to messages, and follow up on community interactions.
  • Measure, analyze, and report key metrics of growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing, Odoo, open source, and emerging AI tools.
  • Build relationships with clients, leads, partners, and the tech community in LATAM and worldwide through our social media.

Requirements: 

  • Be between 18 and 29 years old 
  • Live in Colima, Mexico (this position is on-site)
  • Not currently studying or working ​
  • Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Design, PR, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content strategy.
  • Ability to build reports based on social media data.
  • Basic use of design and editing tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • English reading comprehension
  • Proactivity, organization, and multitasking ability.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and automation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics.
