We are looking for a consultant to support documentation management and information control through reports and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and mastery of tools to consolidate, monitor, and present information accurately.
At Vauxoo, we believe this role is key to ensuring the team always has clear, updated, and reliable information, enabling timely decision-making and maintaining an organized workflow.
Requirements:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Live in Colima, Mexico (this position is on-site)
- Not currently studying or working
- English reading comprehension
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Basic use of spreadsheets or data tracking tools.
- Experience or interest in software projects (implementation experience is desirable but not required).
Nice to have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Certification in agile methodologies.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in software implementation.
Be comfortable with:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Organization and priority management.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Teamwork and empathy to collaborate with different profiles.
- Adaptability and proactivity in changing environments.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Document progress, risks, and agreements.
- Support the implementation of processes, tools, and management best practices.
