What we expect:
We are looking for a committed, passionate, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform complex team ideas into content suitable for marketing consumption and our end clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate actively with the marketing team on content strategies for different social media platforms.
- Participate in meetings with internal/administrative teams to gather requirements and create banners.
- Create characters and illustrations.
- Bring creativity to branding design.
- Design for multimedia content.
- Apply attention to detail in print design (paper or textiles).
Requirements:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Live in Colima, Mexico (this position is on-site).
- Not currently studying or working.
- English reading comprehension.
- Design portfolio.
- Understanding of color schemes and typography use.
- Proficiency with Adobe family tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- A strong passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of design thinking methodology. Illustration skills.
- Video/photography experience.

- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Organization and priority management.
