Specialist in UX/UI and Digital Performance

We are looking for a creative and technical person with a strong eye for detail and solid judgment, someone who understands the “why” behind every piece and executes with structure and quality. ​

This role is key to shaping and bringing coherence to Vauxoo’s digital experience. It brings UX/UI and SEO together into a single working system, ensuring that our website and landing pages are aligned with the business and communicate with clarity, consistency, and purpose.



What profile does Vauxoo need?

Buscamos un perfil 360°, estructurado y con fuerte sentido de ownership, capaz de diseñar experiencias digitales funcionales y estéticas, y de ejecutar marketing con visión de negocio. Además, tendrá la oportunidad de profundizar en UX/UI aplicado a B2B y ERP, entender cómo se toman decisiones estratégicas desde marketing y crecer hacia un rol senior en UX/UI y marketing digital.​

Superpowers you’ll need for this role

From the UX / UI & Web world:

    • UX/UI design for websites and landing pages
    • Creation and maintenance of basic design systems
    • Ability to map user journeys and flows​
    • Strong command of Figma (wireframes, prototypes, handoff)
    • Experience working with live, production websites (not just mockups)​

From Digital Marketing & SEO:

    • On-page and technical SEO ​
    • Active use of:
      • Google Search Console
      • Google Tag Manager
      • Google Analytics (GA4)

Also: 

  • High professional ethics, honesty, and transparency ​
  • Full ownership and accountability for deliverables ​
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills 
  • Clear communication with internal teams and external providers
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement ​
  • Ability to document and maintain clear processes

Nice to have!

  • Event, conversion, and tracking setup 
  • SEO checklists for page and content launches 
  • Clear communication with teams and suppliers
  • Previous experience in B2B, ERP, or SaaS ​
  • Functional knowledge of Odoo Website ​
  • Ability to propose strategic improvements, not just execute
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills ​
  • Strong visual and storytelling judgment​
