Internal Process Optimization Intern

We’re looking for an Intern to support the optimization of internal administrative and accounting processes through documentation, analysis, and improvement of workflows within the ERP (Odoo). The goal is to contribute to a more efficient and automated management of financial and internal support operations at Vauxoo.
As an Intern, you’ll work closely with an experienced team, participating in real projects that bring value to the organization. You’ll be part of an open, collaborative, and multicultural environment, with the freedom to propose ideas, experiment, and grow with autonomy.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn about internal process optimization, workflow analysis, and supporting technological tools, developing skills that will prepare you to enhance efficiency and make a tangible impact on Vauxoo’s operations. You’ll work on real projects that directly impact the organization, guided by an experienced team, in a collaborative, innovative environment where you’ll have the freedom to propose improvements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at consolidating, tracking, and presenting information accurately.
Who are we looking for?
- Student of: Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, or Accounting
