Aiming to streamline its inventory and accounting processes to fuel growth, this Costa Rican company set out to find the right ERP system in 2019.

A model that adds an engineering line to the sales process: We built a sales process line specific to engineering projects, allowing efficient management of inventory, purchasing, sales, expenses and accounting without compromising data integrity or relationships.
A change management and control model: We implemented change control on purchase and sales requests, making it easier to manage changes to amounts, dates and order lines, as well as to analytic accounting, throughout the order's life cycle.
Analytic accounting: We integrated analytic accounting based on projects and analytic plans, giving a detailed view of each ongoing project's profitability and its impact on general accounting, which supports better decision making.
